I liked how these fit in the sink and the saddle stayed in place fine with the suction cups. The first day of normal kitchen use, the clear plastic stained orange from regular food. I couldn’t scrub it off with any cleaner or baking soda. I reordered them in charcoal.It’s larger than necessary. Red color is more orangish.For two kitchen sinks. One side was shorter than the other. However, they were so easy to trim to size that I could get them to fit fairly well.They are flexible and clean-looking. The saddle doesn't have a very strong suction and is smaller than I had hoped. Of the 2 mats, one fit perfectly on the bigger sink and I could easily cut the second one to fit the smaller sink. And the price is good.I am using these mats on a brushed stainless steel kitchen sink with a narrow divider. The ones I had before had a wide saddle that flopped around on my divider. This saddle has a nice design that can accommodate various sink divider widths and is pretty much conformal. Some reviewers have complained about the suction cups. I would say that the cups do a reasonable job of adhering but how well they work will depend on the smoothness of the material they are sticking to. In my case brushed stainless is a rougher surface than say, porcelain. Sinks are made from various materials some of which will be better with suction cups than others. Mine is probably one of the worst cases and the suction cups still do OK considering. One other point, the mats are advertised as being able to cut to size and people do that. I am reluctant to cut them though because I like the rounded corners and I know I would end up with a mat that just looked like I cut it. My wife also preferred not to cut it so I ended up with slightly oversized mats that don't fit perfectly flat but still look good. If there were some perforations or cut lines built in it might make more sense to be able to cut to size, but might weaken the product integrity. Anyway just wanted to throw in my two cents here. One last thing, I got the black mats and recommend black, exposed to spaghetti sauce etc and no indication of staining. My former clear mats were badly stained.The mats are fine. My problem is with the saddles. The suction cups DO NOT hold the saddle in place and the saddles moves around. Otherwise, the mats are fine and durable.They were larger than I thought. Also they do not have a center cutout, which I thought was odd. On the bright side, they were easy to cut an opening with scissors.My momma did not care thisLove this came in a pack of 3 as the two sink protectors are the same size so i use one as a table mat for hot pans. Hard plastic so i think this will last. Well worth buying if your looking for a sink protector that also gives you a spare and a mid sink protector too.Protects the bottom of the sink from bashes but turn on the tap and expect some serious splashback.Not very good at all. The suckers on the mat that goes over the middle of the sinks are so flattened that they don’t have any suction.
