This cookbook is amazing! Very easy, few ingredient and healthy recipes to prepare within a very short time. Many staples and some aspirational dishes too which I cannot wait to try. The photos show the finished dishes to provide inspiration, and the instructions are simple yet effective. I like that it has various categories - dinner, breakfast/brunch, soups, desserts, etc. and many different choices for each.
